Since the inception of Dazzling Diamonds, David Persails Chari Kauffman, North Shore Middle School Librarian,
has been chosen by 72 individual students as an influential was awarded the Texas Library Association (TLA)
educator. David will now “cash in” his diamonds for a hearty 2023 Wayne Williams Library Project of the Year Award
