After-Hours Technical Support




      Galena Park I.S.D., in collaboration with Precinct 2 Commissioner Adrian Garcia, has partnered
      with Harris County to provide additional after-hours technical support for students and parents.
      The Harris County Schools Digital Access Call Center will provide help desk support Monday –
      Friday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Callers may still email
      techsupport@galenaparkisd.com or call 832-386-1400 for assistance.


      Phones will be answered by the Harris County Call Center after hours. Parents and students can
      access the Galena Park I.S.D. Help Center, 24/7, at https://galenaparkisd.zendesk.com/hc/.

       Harris County Schools Digital Access Call Center will provide help Monday – Friday
