Galena Park ISD’s Student Nutrition Department earned a Healthy Havard Elementary School student, Juliet Butler, participated in the
Meals Incentive Recognition Award from the U. S. Department of Education in Action Summer 2024 Lone Star Leadership Academy,
Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service and Action for Healthy Kids. where she learned about the unique qualities of the Lone Star State.
