C ongratulations to Ms. Toshia Gouard and Dr. Kimberly Martin for being named Galena

Park ISD (GPISD) 2024 Elementary and Secondary Principal of the Year!

Ms. Gouard has served as the principal of Tice Elementary School for six years, and Dr. Kimberly
Martin has served as the principal of Galena Park High School for six years.

GPISD would like to congratulate Ms. Gouard and Dr. Martin and thank them for their hard
work and dedication.
