Free Meals Program

When it comes to getting your child(ren) ready
for school, a healthy breakfast and lunch is just as
important as paper and pencils.

For the 4 year in a row, Galena Park ISD will

continue providing healthy meals each day at no
charge for every student enrolled in GPISD schools.
The Student Nutrition Department will be offering
a new breakfast service feature at all campuses:
Grab-N-Go Carts. The Grab-N-Go Carts will be
located in the hallways every morning for students
to grab breakfast on their way to class.

Have you had an opportunity to download the
SchoolCafe mobile app? SchoolCafe is an app that
provides you with quick access to your child’s school
lunch menu and the ability to add money to their
school lunch account to purchase à la carte items.
