The Galena Park ISD Board of Trustees is proud
to support the academic performance of our Galena Park ISD proudly earned 43 STAAR/
students. Their consistent support of academic EOC distinctions in 2015-2016. Most notably,
initiatives, such as the New Arrival Center for the District earned 11 Distinctions in the Top
English Language Learners, and the implementation 25% Closing Performance Gaps category. We
