As we prepare for a new school year in a constantly-changing
educational landscape, our mission remains focused on preparing
students to become productive citizens and lifelong learners. Our

scenario imaginable, so our students and staff can and will experience
a safe and productive year.
Dr. John Moore

The past few months showcased the importance of being good
community members and following guidelines to do our part in flattening the curve of
COVID-19. Preventative measures such as wearing masks/face coverings, practicing social
distancing and avoiding large crowds will be required protocol during the coming school year
to help us keep each other safe.
We would like to thank parents, guardians and community stakeholders for your continued
support throughout this challenging time. Your understanding and patience are sincerely
appreciated.
Working together, we will make the 2020-2021 school year a positive
experience for Galena Park I.S.D. students, parents, employees
and community.
