7.4 SUPPORT OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE
SUPERINTENDENT

The Board of Trustees encourages Galena Park ISD Superintendent, Dr. Angi Williams, to participate in
professional development opportunities, and accompanies her on many occasions. Dr. Williams actively
participates in several organizations and has served in leadership roles in many of them. She is an active
member and participates in the following conferences and organizations:
