Legacy Clinic

Galena Park ISD is proud of our partnership with
Legacy Community Health (Legacy). Legacy is the
largest federally qualified health center in Texas
and a first-of-its-kind in our District with a clinic inside
Green Valley Elementary School, Galena Park Middle School, and North Shore Senior High School
for students, their immediate family members, GPISD staff, and staff family members needing
medical services.

Legacy is committed to providing access to affordable, high-quality healthcare for children by
providing a variety of pediatric and behavioral health services. The clinics have telemedicine
options for students with special accommodations and also offer in-person visits. COVID-19
testing and vaccinations are also available for students, their immediate family members, GPISD
staff, and staff family members.

Vaccinations are available for Monday – Thursday | 7:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
individuals 5 years of age and older. Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
