The North Shore Senior High School Mustangs Football Program continues to dominate by
winning their third state title in four years. On December 18, the Mustangs secured the UIL 6A
Division I State Championship against the Duncanville Panthers to prevail as champions with a
final score of 17-10.
The Mustangs have risen to become a football powerhouse in the State of Texas and in the
national polls. Since 2014, when Jon Kay was named head coach, the Mustangs have achieved
state titles in 2015, 2018, 2019 and 2021.
Freshman quarterback, Kaleb Bailey, was awarded Most Valuable Offensive Player, and senior
noseguard, Ronald Wilson, was named Most Valuable Defensive Player.
