recommending any potential local policy changes
to the Board, district staff submits the proposed

of Board meeting Policies are presented and thoroughly discussed at that time Board
members can ask for clarification of any proposed policy before voting to adopt the
recommended policy Local policies become effective upon board adoption or at a future
date designated by the Board at the time of adoption Once approved, TASB is notified,
and the policy is updated to reflect the changes in the District’s online policy, which can
        be accessed by all stakeholders
