or the past 10 years, the Galena Park ISD Communications Department has published the
Galena Park Schools (GPS) three times a year- Back to School, Mid-Year and End of the
FYear Edition. To date, there are 27 Editions of the GPS Magazine, written in English and
Spanish, that showcase and highlight our students and teachers. Each year, our GPS magazine
becomes bigger and better as our District continues to grow. The magazine has been awarded
numerous awards from Texas Schools Public Relations Association (TSPRA) and the cover artwork
has become increasingly recognized in the community. The past editions of the GPS Magazine
serve as a reminder of all the wonderful achievements and accomplishments over the years. At
the bottom of the page, you will find a QR Code to read all our past editions of GPS.
